High pitch whistle/screech at low speeds (video)

My 2007 335i with 96k developed some high pitched whistle that I only hear with my windows down coasting at slow speeds, between 5-10mph. I did some searching around and found people mention a brake sensor and some mention valve cover. Based on this video and description does it sound like a valve cover to you or is this a brake sensor?
