When were the plugs and coils changed?

I would start there first,

Move plugs from 4,5,6 to 1,2,3

If misfire follows, you know its those plugs. If it doesn't then move coils from 4,5,6 to 1,2,3 to see if it follows.

Next thing to check is injectors

Throttle reset should clear the throttle code. Don't turn the car back on immediately, follow the instructions on MHD

Its possible that one of your O2s is shot on that bank as they work in banks as well. But I would do what Saif mentioned and move your plugs to bank one, see if it follows and then move your coils to see if it follows. Otherwise it sounds more like a fueling issue. What index injectors do you have?

Yes, the rear O2 sensors monitor fuel trims. If he has turbos that are on their way out & O2 sensors in Catless downpipes, which are older than 100,000 miles, it "could" be a reason for the fuel pump code.

I'd still say to check the plugs, coils & injectors.

There a laundry list of items that "should" be done prior to going FBO and slapping a tune on an N54. If one does all of it, the chances IMO of having issues go down significantly.

The N54 and its DME can be very "fickle". There's 1000's of posts on this forum and others which prove that sentence.

Run a bottle of Techron in your fuel tank. My N54 had a missfires that would put my car in limp mode at half throttle. The Techron cleared that up by the time I got to the gas station to fill up.
It's worth a try.
How many miles on the car?
