Tires: balance and install?

Hey,
Can you guys recommend a very good place to balance and install my tires in the Mississauga area. Tires are already installed on the rims but I'm feeling vibrations around 140 km/hr. I used to feel the vibrations around 100 at first but then checked the air and it was low on one of 'em. Took care of that but I still feel the vibrations around 140.

yea get them balanced

next time put 'em on yourself...save $$

I usually go to tires23 for tires but didn't realize till now that they had the Road force balancing machine. Will go by there tomorrow. Torque rating is 88Lbs right?

Well i would put 'em on myself but the garage down the street puts 'em on for 20 bucks so saves me a lot of time.
