^^ HID angel eyes aren't as bright as your d1s bulbs.. don't see how it would blind anyone. on the other hand, HID fogs might.

but definitely no HID on agel eye.

One of our customers has HID angel eyes and they hurt my eyes at night. The low beams is fine as it is projected but at any angle the angel eyes are bright especially on the center rings.

HID fog's are definitely really bright, brighter than Xenons without any doubt
