New Filter

Wanted to get a K&N racing filter for my 330, but someone told me the car comes stock with a racing filter (not K&N) in the intake.

someone lied to you.

They come with a factory packed filter, nothing special and restrictive. Also a carbon filter that restrict the air more.

Remove both, add a K&N and be happy

Ok so ill get an K&N, do u think its worth it?

Sure do, I run a K&N with scoops and carbon filter delete, its honestly the best performing intake for the N52 besides the BMW Performance one, which is $700 or more lol

r u saying u have a K@N intake? cuz i couldnt find any online for a 330i

No he means just the filter with the stock air box with the charcoal filter cut out.

Get the K&N. You will notice the difference and should see better MPGs as well
