BMW e93 335i Koni Yellow + Eibach Pro-Kit springs versus Koni special active
I have a 2009 BMW 335i that is bone stock besides upgraded 19 inch rims. I believe that most of the suspension components on the car are original (135,000 miles) and am finally getting around to doing a bit of preventative maintenance and upgrades. I am looking to do new shocks all around, Eibach front sway bar, and M3 front control arms. The problem is I can't decide between Koni Yellows and Koni Special Active and have found little information on the special actives. I don't track the car but do have nice mountain roads near me but rough pavement with potholes near I work. Any advice is appreciated, Thanks.

I just put on Koni yellows on my stock sport suspension, and like them. On small bumps and low speeds(under 20mph) a little bit stiffer. Above 20mph it soaks up the bumps better and no bottoming out like my old one's. They did have 95k miles on them.

Ok sounds good. I'm leaning heavily towards the Koni yellows and think I'll probably go with them. That's nice to know that yours stopped bottoming out because I can't go over a speed bump over 3 miles an hour without bottoming out.
