that are making money of the FREE supplied software I supplied.

Little rant.

I've tried to supply you with the software for FREE - got shut down
I've tried to supply you with the software for FREE with a Decrypt key - got shut down

I dont know, if the key was given out to the wild and shared about.
I only posted the link on this website and only responded to requests from this site.
Anyway, BMW.de managed to get the decrypt key and got the files taken down again.

I wonder if there's just one long time users on this forum who owns a mechanic shop and prefers if people don't have an option to fix their car themself.

Or maybe it's this unethical online shop owner, stealing your hard work and then trying to shut you down...

Anyway, I'm sure you or someone will come up with a good idea of how we can make this more long term. I like the idea of torrents and everyone who appreciates your work could commit to seeding.

It did cross my mind, Im putting the leechers out of pocket.

Torrents - does work if only people seed the files.
In my experience that doesnt happen that often

This does suck but it's not surprising after newTis was shut down. From TOOL to BMW E1 wants that sweet copyright moolah. It will be hard to have anything as updated as the library you kept up with the latest maps and all, but the best things of your library like the joker tools and a designated "best edition" for E9x, F20+, etc could be put in a torrent that would get some traction. There's over 20 seeds in the torrent links in the second post of the thread, me included. I'd be happy to seed and promote a Official J0K3R5 approved torrent. If you brand it and call it the Official 2022 J0K3R5 BMW Bundle I'll bet you can even make the scammers include your handle in their "limited quantity" software scam ads.
