5 of the 9 bolts in the lower left pic sheered in half and were bouncing around loose inside of the diff.

WOW, I'm so sorry! Is the first that failed? I know from different platforms, mostly FWD that Mfactory is a good company and they will take care of the issue.

They've been awesome. They apologized and said that the only other time they've seen that happen was on their early LSD's for the e46 m3, but not on the 335's. They're covering the replacement, unfortunately not the labor or downtime that I'm without my DD :-(

Can't tell you how stir crazy I am not having her in the garage to tinker with.
