No garage, where to diy polish car?

I live in an apartment complex, so no garage. I have a reserved parking spot out on the street ( not a parking lot thing). Any recommendations to where i can diy polish my car with a porter cable and etc?

Friends house seem to be kind of a hassle since it takes a long time to polish a car from swirls.

Rental garages wouldnt want you to be working on your car...

Drag a extension cord out and polish on the streets!

Ideas?

I'd see if you can borrow a friend's driveway. It doesn't necessarily have to be in a garage.

Yup that's what I do, just borrow a buddy's driveway for the day.

I've done it on the street with a long extension cord. Not ideal, but it works.

Cheapest and easiest solution is to do everything over a friend's house. If you want to make it a little more simple - do it over two days.

Day 1:
Wash and a clay the entire car. Proceed to polish half the car and then wax/seal the ENTIRE vehicle.

two weeks later...

Day 2:
Wash the entire car, polish the second half of the vehicle. Wax/seal again.

You won't get as tired and you're attention to detail will be that much higher through the process. You'll also limit how much of a headache this is to you and your buddy by spreading the work.

As many said do it at a friends house. IMO the best idea would be to find a friend who is going away for a while, ask them if you can borrow their drive way for the weekend to polish your car and everything, in exchange you can feed their pets/collect their mail/water their plants/etc.

Or find a female friend, ask them to use their drive way, in exchange you can clean their car/change their oil.
