I think that if a person were able to drive with a blindfold, and not know what kind of car their E9x was, there's a good chance that they would really like it.
Do you like any of your cars better? If so, why? If not, why do you like your E9x? I think it just plain drives very well if you ask me. In our garage we have the BMW, an American SUV, a Nissan, and a Lexus. The 335 outshines all of them... |

I think I'm getting old, as I now prefer my wife's '17 X3 35i to my '09 328i. The E90 is a better driver's car by far, but the F25 is just a better all around vehicle as a function of being so much newer.

Well there will always be that element where new cars have many attractive features that older cars do not. For example, I rented a Nissan Rogue for work and it had 7 miles on it, i.e. brand new car. Not only was it brand new, but it had stuff like XM311 (higher numbers missing on older receivers), radar cruise, top view cam, tons of useful stuff. Not that I don't like those features...but I really think the E9x is in some sort of sweet spot of cars...

I loved my old E46 but after two years in my E92, it has become my favorite so far. I put a set of Style 197's on it and I'm planning on Style 437's sometime soon.

Between my E90, my 2009 Jeep Patriot Sport, my 2013 Honda Odyssey, and my 2017 Honda Accord? Yes...the E90 is my favorite...also most likely to leave me stranded...

I love all my cars and, as with my children or my dogs, it is difficult to pick a favorite. However, I gotta say that it is the '99 Corvette that gets my spot in the garage (wife's '13 Toyota Venza usually gets the other spot). The E91 and the Subaru Baja make do with the driveway.

I'm on my 5th E9X and currently still own two. It's the best 3 series of them all, no question.

In a few households where I occasionaly drive different makes; my e90 stands above all. Even if a lil under powered, the driving dynamics is just right. Makes form Merc, Audi infiniti lexus. The E90 is old but the tech it has (even if retrofitted) stills performs really well. She's a keeper.

I'm lucky enough to own 3 cars.
My E91 is the best all-around among the 3. "The one I can't do without" is the E91 because it carries my kids plus cargo. Wagon FTW! Unfortunately it isn't as efficient or as fun as my other rides. N52 gulps fuel at low speeds, and the 6AT really kills the fun.

I once had an S2000, but not anymore. Loved, loved that car. Overall though, I would have to give the edge to my E90 335i bc of the power and 4 doors. There's something special with having a fast ass four door.

As far as driving dynamics goes, yes my e93 is my favorite. I love the tight steering and flat cornering, it feels more refined than my other cars. Looks wise, id say my 92 SVX taks the cake. And as far as comfort goes, my Buick Park Ave is far more spacious and comfy than any of my other cars.

I agree with all of the posts....I feel fortunate to have a BMW, an American SUV, a Lexus, and a Maxima....the Lexus was purchased used and basically replaced the Maxima. No surprise that purchased 10 y.o., hasn't had any issues in 2 yrs lol. But, of course, it's boring, and boring is good in traffic and commuting. The contacts with the dealer are over the top for customer service, and over the top for pricing, but luckily it's DIY and indie.
I drove the new Corvette and I love it. Maybe someday. Still think the E9x is a special car, any body, any motor, I'm not going to give it up... |

I own 4 cars (2010 BMW 335i, 2005 Stang GT, 1997 Corolla, 1983 SL Benz) and split driving time between them. Don't really think about which car I like better.
However, I tend to drive my 335i and GT Stang a little more often than my Corolla and SL Benz.

Aside from my e90 I have:
2011 CTS Coupe 2013 Honda Civic EX Because of VTEC, Honda wins. But on a cereal note, the CTS Coupe comes up 2nd behind the e90. Even though it’s the V6 and not the V, it handles great and doesn’t feel like it’s 4k pounds. |

I prefer my e87 118d over e91 325i. The E87 feels more sporty and is more fun to drive even with a tiny diesel engine.

I like my cars for different reasons. Daily commuting = E90 hands down. Fun, comfortable, and love many things about it.
My Jeep I love for the versatility such as towing and hauling stuff, going offroad, driving through deep snow, can be fixed with an adjustable wrench, etc. I like having the best of both worlds. Today after I beat the traffic on the way home from work in the E90, I'm grabbing the Jeep and the kayaks and heading to the lake.
