Can't be a UK photo. If Health and Safety were present where were the following

High vis jackets
Hard hats
Warning signs
Barriers
Cones
Road closure and diversion signs
The guys standing around the hole would need falling from height 'fall arrester harnesses' - its a big hole!!

Also it wouldn't be bloke from Poland as they are all heading home due to our shite economy. Even the Irish have had enough of Eire economy and they are moving to Poland to find work!!!

I can't see the pic. close up as I'm on works mainframe, but the bloke labelled as human resources manager, is there a cig. in his right hand by the way he's 'holding' his hand?
