Mhd google pay

So got everything ready go to purchase it and google keeps declining my payment. From what Iv read it because my account is new.. I have tried PayPal, credit card, bank account and all getting declined. Call google and they said no one is at the service center due to covid to use their help site. So I have no idea what to do. Anyone have any tips?

In my experience, your account is now locked until you get google to fix it for you.

When google froze my account, I said F them, i made a new account, bought google play cards, loaded them to the account, made my purchase.

CC, paypal, debit card will all flag as a possibly fraudulent account.

Wow that’s dumb. They need to add a verification step or something. I get being safe but hell I added 3 different payment types and all declined

Same thing happened to me when I tried to purchase the MHD license. I called google pay and spoke to a rep to unlock the account.

This is the main reason that MHD added the ability to purchase from their site and use the code in the app. I did notice that the pricing on their is Euro and gets converted to the current exchange rate. That makes it cheaper to use the Google Play store. I'm lucky enough to have not ran into this issue before. Everyone that has needed to call Google to get unlocked.

With the new app you should only be using the voucher code option, are you using an old version of the app?

They did this specifically to completely eliminate this extremely common issue.

I will try to delete the app and see if there is a newer version. Was not aware of it. Tried calling google and no one answers jist has an automated message saying no one there because of covid. I did chat with them and got an email saying that it was fixed but still no luck.

this was a huge update, it was everywhere. If its not app version 2.1, its the wrong one.

Just saw it. However on their site everything is in euros so you are paying 50-60 dollars more then through google....

So I bought the flasher module on mhd site and used a voucher and then I was able to purchase the maps and the monitor through google lol wow what a day. Let’s hope everything goes smooth
