What's everyone running these days for your 335i?

On my golf GTI I was running Kumho KU39's, which were great.

For the 335i i'm thinking the Advan V105's - to replace the stock RF's that are on it at the moment.

Pilot Sports for me, way better than the run flats. No dramas in the shit weather over here atm either

What type of driving are you going to be doing? How many kms do you expect out of the tyres? What is your budget? No such thing as 'best tyre', will need to select based on your needs.

Just got a quote for these, 360 for the fronts, 400 for the rears... pretty happy with that

Mainly spirited street driving, wouldn't expect more than 40k with these soft rubbers. Given it's a stock car, not tracking it at the moment, i'm going to say the performance will be pretty similar across the board? one of the main criteria would be noise, hence not looking at some of the cheaper tyres like Falken's.

tyresales has V105's for $1610 - pretty happy with that so in the 1.5k ball park. got a quote for the Michelin Pilot Sport 4s for $1520. So at the moment they are looking the business...

Please consider michelin pilot sport 4s vs continental 6 reviews. I heard contis are ahead this time but both very good in general..

from memory the 4S last twice as long with similar specs

The V105s I always thought were way too expensive with performance not comparable. Another one to consider would be Kuhmo PS91 (The KU39 I dont rate much), which has performance comparable to Pilot Super Sports, but tyre wear probably won't be as good.

I run Yokohama AD08R which gives better dry grip, holds up to track use but will only last around 20k kms
