Xdrive suspension help!!

Please don't crucify me for yet another xdrive suspension question but I'd say my situation is unique!

I just sold my e90 335i to buy a e92 335i with xdrive

The car currently sits on dinan stage 1 (I think) suspension
Looks like h&r springs, koni yellow rears and oem front shocks (installed at 22k)
-Car is now sitting at 96k (no leaking or major signs of wear)

My issue is that the wheels gap in the front is horrific compared to the rear!

Previously I had coil overs for my e90 (yellow speed racing, not the best not the worst) and didn't love the ride

Also my stunning custom 3 piece wheels needed a 5mm spacer to clear the collar, my goal with this set up is to avoid needed a spacer because the wheel specs are already aggressive enough

Basically what should I do?
I imagine the dinan set up doesn't have much life left in it even though the previous owner babied the car like I do (crawling over bumps and avoiding pot holes)
I'd rather avoid coil overs because of clearance issues
I was looking at 335i lowering springs and maybe new shocks but that comes out to nearly the cost of coil overs
my goal is to not spend more than needed and maintain a comfortable ride that's firmer than stock

A friend of mine has eibach pro springs he could sell me, his are off of a 1 series however and I'm not sure what the spring rates are

I was planning on using "i" springs anyway, would the fronts be the same rate for e92 vs e82 since they are holding up the same engine?
Am I better off completely replacing the shocks and mounts and springs all together?
What gives a solid even drop across front to back?

Pictured is my new e92 with my wheels sitting on the current dinan suspension, you see my problem!

Let me know what would be the smartest way to easily tackle this goal!

Thank you!

Also the rear is perfect height so I am just trying to compliment that ride height!

I could even go a touch lower but would favor functionality over everything

My e90 was low enough for a while and it wasn't worth it, leaning towards more of a "track stance" just flush and simple, clears fenders and suspension!

I was looking into those but I looked like the x drive kit is harder to find and the front end doesn't get low enough for my liking

I found this picture on bimmer post, a car with the b14 kit installed and there is still a little too much gap, and this guy had his almost maxed out low in the front

Unfortunately, that'll be an issue for us XDrive peeps. Here are some pics of mine, the rear is tucked and the front is a little off. I'm actually going to raise the rear so that it matches up a bit better.

I'm running TC Kline Coilovers with M3 rear subframe bushings on a staggered setup. The front is set to the max setting, I won't get any lower than that. But I'm sure it's possible if I went with a different setup.

I’m running Eibach Prokit non xdrive springs on my E91 xdrive, the gap is very acceptable on OE struts and mounts. It might be possible that someone put the non xdrive strut mounts on, there are a good bit taller.
