[335i v1.47] VS [C6]
My 335i with PROcede v1.47 + AA exhaust against a C6.
Race Details: - From standing still: The c6 only passes me after I hit the speed limiter - Rolling: Both cars are head to head, the c6 starts crawling after 140mph, when I hit the speed limiter my front bumper is next to his rear bumper. - 1/4 mile drag race: 335i wins. EDIT: FORGOT to mention that in the first run I accidentally shifted to 2nd as soon as we launched, you can see the difference in the 2nd run.

Nice kill too, seems some of those C6 vets just don't run like they should. I kept seeing a LS2 C6 auto run at the track and was running 13.4's.........I kept teasing him about if he wanted a 12 second time slip I'd be glad to drive it for him. With 360 rwhp and weighing only 3250 lbs, it really should be a 12 second car.

still a surprising win if that vette was running right, they are a deep 12 second car off the showroom floor, the 2008's are a whole different story, possible high 11's car stock.
good kill nonetheless!!!!

The vette owner didn't beleive that tuned 335s can be powerful and asked to race.

I had the same outcome at englishtown. It suprised the hell out of me, when i ran a 12.89 with SSTT, and a c6 auto ran 13.10.
I am sure this was driver error, because I thought they were alot faster,But now i am wondering. but then again after that i saw a c6 run in the low 11's so that shut me up. |

Go do something that makes sense to you instead of hijacking other peoples thread and we really are not intrested in how much your friend makes out of racing.. Some people just have some serious mental issues.

The vette didn't believe the modded 335 could be that fast, so he asked to race. None of us are in here claiming drag racing is in the same league as a track event. These people wanted to compare how well their cars can accelerate. Clearly it makes sense to you, you're just making a "kiddy" fuss about it because you want to sound cool.
