Can using a fuse tap on DME circuit cause bad electircal issues

I wanted a fuse that is always on for when I go to dealer and keep my dash cam on or in a parking.

Fuse 02 seems to have always power and is between the DME and all engine parts like waterpump, crankshaft sensor and etc.

BUT on my car Fuse 02 is currently empty. so technically that circuit is not being used at all? So if I put a fuse and only fuse my dash cam circuit it should be totally fine right?
