i believe in addition to a new amp, a few holes in the interior and some misc. electronics, you'd also have to upgrade your software since there are more settings for the L7 setup.

I think you should keep that money and do an aftermarket upgrade instead. If you really want to go with Logic7 you would have to get all the components: subs, speakers, etc. Even then I dont think you will have the equalizer setting either. The system might have to be programmed.

Actually, I already have 2 10" sub in the back and now just want to upgrade 2 tweeters and 2 4" in the rear. because the high and mid sound kinda "cheap"
I am really leaning toward the Infinity 42.7i because it's the only few that I found that is 2 ohms and fit the slot. however, because of the 3-ways screw of the OEM speakers, It may be hard trying to put a regular 4-ways screw in. so that is why I am looking for L7 speakers.
