Missing splash guard grommets....

Are all E9* model BMWs missing grommets in the nearside wheel arch? Like in the photo below

I honestly can't tell if you're being genuine though, so all E9* models have these holes? What are they for, apart from making you feel judged?

Yes they all have them, I haven’t seen grommets in them.
Probably access holes for something, or just there cuz bmw.

They’re for different models that have parts to be mounted there. The exact part I forget. Something for the diesel models iirc?

Yep, every one I've seen has them. I have no idea what they're for.
