Will this fit?

Will 18x10 ET 25, 295/30/18 fit in the rear? I am ok will doing fender rolling. How about 18x9 ET 42, 255/40/18 in the front?

Not without more effort than just a fender roll, especially the rear. Front might work with just the right spacer, but the sidewall height might pose a problem. Something along the lines of 12-15mm spacer in the front to clear the strut as a start. Rear will likely need a shave and/or copious amounts of negative camber.

Yea, I do not want to run much negative camber as I want all the grip I can get, what would be a better fitment that I can fit that is going to provide me with good grip in the rear?

You're not telling us what you have. E90? E91? E92? E93? Pre-LCI? LCI?

But for the rears, if you want to run that wide, you'll need wheels with higher offset than ET25. Probably more in the 35-40 area.
