E92 335d LCI 61 Reg - what wheels

I fancy spending some money on my 335D - still has original 193M MV3 18" Alloys - 8J and 8.5J with ET34 and ET37 Offset.

I fancy a design similar to the E92 M3 wheels - is this possible

any recommendations guys?

If you mean the M359 wheels then yeah you can definitely have that style. There's lots of replica wheels in this style on the market. I've got the 'Strom STR1 M359' wheels on my E91 - 19x9 on the front and 19x10 on the rear. Great looking wheels. See the link below for pictures.

Thanks for your reply Nick, but do I need to find a set of wheels with the same ET offset of 34 and 37 as I am not sure what that means?

You only need the same offset if you are keeping the same rim width.
If you change to wider wheels, or for some strange reason narrower wheels, the offset will need to change to compensate.
If you are looking at fitting new wheels, especially if you are looking at non-BMW wheels due to cost, you need to know what offset is and what it means to the way the wheels fit the car.
There are literally thousands of websites that will explain offset but in simple terms it is the distance from the mounting hub to the centre line of the wheels. So a high positive number means the wheel goes further under the arch and potentially fouls on suspension components, whilst a lower number means the wheels stick outwards further and possibly rub on the bodywork.
In fact, earlier BMW's had negative offsets giving the wheels a very deep dish look unlike todays pretty much flush looking wheels.

My wheels are :
Front 19x9 ET31 with a deep concave.
Rear 19x10 ET38 with a massive concave.

This set up will fit your E92 perfectly.

"This set up will fit your E92 perfectly."

This assumes, of course, that the OP wants to go for a 19" staggered set up and not retain his 18" tyres. I read it that he was more interested in the 'M3 style' rather than fitting M3 replicas.

Perhaps he could enlighten us?

Wheels are very subjective. I love the Apex Arc 8 rims myself.

I have 19" CSL reps, but i wish id gone for arc 8's instead and 18".

Thanks for your replies everyone

I'd like to still to 18" and 8.5 and 8"

by M3 style - I mean't the usual ones which are fitted to the E92 M3's, but I realise that they are 19"
