The funny thing is you buy one of them, and nothing is wrong with it for years.

I did take it to the dealer 1X and they told me I needed $6,700 of work

Take it to an indie, here's what you need: $0

Such a different business model. BMW is a way more fun car to drive, I will admit....
What Lexus did you buy? LS I think is their flagship model.

Your car only has 44k miles on it as of right now??
Yeah, that's it. It's become some what of a garage queen. With the covid-19 it sat all of 2020. But on the flip side my 2018 X1 has 67,000 miles on the clock and our 2013 X3 has 84,000 miles.

The thought of selling does cross my mind, wife wants a Z4 convertible and I want an M2, just don't want to go into debt quite yet

A 2006 430. I was thinking that if a car had feelings it would be upset, because the original owner's home is programmed in the GPS, from Florida. I googled it and it has an 8 car garage. Since I got it, it sits outside 24/7/365

Whereas my 335? It has sat outside overnight maybe 5X in its life, otherwise always garaged!

I wish it made sense to buy a used BMW flagship. They are cheap to buy, but.....

Bought the e91 in 2015 for $14.5k with 60k miles on it. Worth maybe $9k now with 112k on it.

It was a pretty good deal back then. Private party cash transaction.

Well, still worth more than an average car with that many miles I'd say.

I also have twins but mine are 325i & 330i, I'm thinking of making them triplets if I can find a 6MT RWD 335. How needy a child is the 335 tho? Will it be like adopting 2 more N/A cars?
