E90 330d 2006 power loss & shaky cold idle
Hello everyone new member here
So as the title says I'm having a power loss more prevalent uphill and more noticeable when engine is hot at low rpm. Also got shaky cold engine idle and from time to time but pretty rarely the car stalls right after starting after a cold start, if I start a second times it never stalls again. To fix it I tried removing EGR, DPF and swirl flaps and remap but still exact same symptoms. Also changed EKPM2 to EKPM3 which helped the power loss a very little bit. I noticed that when I flash the ecu the first 5minutes of driving the car works perfectly so I don't understand. The power loss feel like the engine is choking itself and torque build up very slowly like something is offbit/delayed. It can feel specially in sport mode as if there was far too much engine braking, also at acceleration like a complete loss of torque dragging it down, if I press the gas pedal more than 60% it got almost all it's power. I'm getting desperate on what to try next. Note: I scanned with ISTA and protool and there is no codes except fog sensor. Other "issue" which I think unrelated is the first gear struggle/is delayed to engage if I accelerate after braking but I guess that's the brake assist. Does someone as an idea ? Hello
I have new symptoms maybe it could help pinpoint the problem?. I have small hiccups with very low gas pressure at low rpm (rpm bounce up and down a little) and downhill the gearbox non-stop Switch back and forth every 1.5seconds between 3rd and 4th gear |
