2c32 & 2c62, stft bnk2 flat, input?

Recently my car started having hesitations when driving normally and bit of rough running. When it happens, it doesn't trigger an SES light, but upon parking and reading codes, i get:
2c32: lambda probe before catalyst 2, trimming control
2c6c: lamda probe after catalytic converter 2, system check

cleared codes, turned off, after work got in car, warmed up and beat on it a bit no issues. next morning, hesitations returned, parked, and same codes pulled.

Pulled a log during the stumbling/hesitations event and was hoping someone could please interpret what it's showing. essentially, my STFT bnk 2 are flatlined and stuck a .2 and do not adjust based on any throttle input, unlike STFT bnk1. also LTFT's vary significantly from eachother, but i'm unsure what this means.

here's log 1 during which bnk2 stft was stuck the entire time:

Log 2 was taken right after, you can see the STFT bnk2 is still not moving in the beginning, but then it's almost as if the issue goes away after a bit starts to trim fuel based on throttle input as it should, and once the issue goes away the engine no longer feels like it's stumbling/hesitating.

log2:

based on my research, it looks people who have gotten these codes try replacing the primary o2 which often doesn't fix it until they replace the secondary o2, do the logs indicate a rear o2 that is intermittently failing switching on/off?

also, i have had a dpfix emulator installed and set to 0 (or 'off') for 2 years and will be removing it to rule that out, though i've never had this issue in the past. can leaving a dpfix installed long-term cause o2 issues like what i'm seeing?

car is a 6mt 2007 335i 150k miles, w/ MSD81, cobb stage 2+drive, new turbos, new plugs, new coils, index 11's. Hits boost and load targets consistently with no timing corrections in any cylinders verified via logs taken between the two posted here.

Appreciate the input!
