Does anyone have a set of ramps I can borrow? Lift would be ideal but won't pay for this. Just need to lift up the car enough to slide under it me install another mod I didn't even know existed.

No sorry! I can lend you my jack, you lift car on one side, put a wheel under that side in case jack fails.

What are you installing? neon lights?

that could work. do they fit, I wonder? I have one dragging around but I think it's for pickup trucks as I've never seen it fit under anything
