In service date = 3/26/2011. Factory warranty until 3/26/2015

Important information including maintenance:
-many oil changes with Mobil 0W-40 and BMW Filter. by me. In total 7 in it's life (2-FL, 5-MI). Fresh as of 2/19
-coolant flush 22.5k. bmw dealer
-spark plugs @ 17k. bmw dealer
-AT fluid and filter 20k. Indy shop.
-air filter @ 17k, 23k (2/19). me.
-newish Michelin Pilot Sport RFT (part of CPO). About 4-5k miles on them.
-newish Bridgestone Blizzak WS70 on MSW wheels. About 2k miles on them.
-washed and waxed ridiculously often by hand
-Shell 93 since my ownership
-never smoked in
-never tracked from what I can tell
-no accidents
-garaged during my ownership, except at work - BFE parking spot.
-no curb rash on any of the wheels (winter and summer)
-All documentation exists from 0 miles until now.
-Carfax from June 2013 is available. Clean, accident free and can be seen on autotrader link below.
-No engine modifications (increased power)

-bad: small paint less dent removal on roof, can see from only the right angle (done by previous owner). Front glass replaced by first owner/BMW dealership at ~800miles. Back window is tinted only (previous owner) - probably to avoid damage to rear defrost)

Has anything been repaired/replaced under warranty? HPFP, LPFP, injectors, turbo, wastegate, vacuum lines? Has the intake walnut shell cleaning been performed?

None of the above. No problems with the car.

It has only 22.7k miles currently.

Also to combat the carbon build-up I use top tier gasoline Shell 93 and changed the oil with Mobil1 0w-40 every 1-2k miles.

so can you confirm the car comes with OEM wheels and tires? and that the OEMs are not what is shown in the pics?

The car was delivered with bmw 189's from the factory; which is shown in the pictures. Currently, they are stored in my garage for winter with a fresh-ish pair of Michelin Pilot Sport run-flats (replaced at CPO @ 16k miles).

For winter I'm running a set of 17" MSW's with blizzak WS-70's.

At time of sale the 189's w/ Michelin's will be sold with the car. Sale of winter set depends on final selling price.

there is a lien through bmw financial.
