Recommended mechanics/renting garage time in Philadelphia
Ok, so next Saturday I'm going to be picking up a used e90 328i. I'm incredibly excited, since it's a huge step up for me from my 2002 Avalon XLS that I drove for 8 years.
Anyway, I'm new to the Philadelphia region, and I was wondering if anyone had tips for good spots - mechanics, car washes, tire places, etc. I live in Manayunk, but I work in Northern Liberties, and I don't mind driving around for good service. The biggest thing I wanted to ask was if there's any sort of garage-sharing community, or places where one can rent some garage space/time. My wife and I are renting a townhouse, but unfortunately it has no garage (that'll be on the checklist for the next home). The immediate things the car needs are new front tires, and rear pads + rotors. Next up on the docket will be new shocks/struts, so I'd like to get people's recommendations before I go headfirst into all of that. Thanks in advance,

I'm good thx. Luckily I've been lurking here long enough to know the weird psycho-sexual insecurities most of ya'll have, and how they manifest themselves in your vehicle selection.

God u guys are rough..but not as brutal as in person.
I dunno if you got what everyone has been saying but you posted in the New England section and not the NY, NJ, PA section. Someone even linked you to the forum. You're not gonna get a lot of help in regards to mechanics in your area cos we're not in your area . Hope that helps |
