Jerry's old M3 was full bolt on with catless x-pipe. On a wheel hub dyno all those mods add up to about 50 whp.

He transferred the catless exhaust and muffler to his new DCT M3 , got ESS tune , pulley and air filter.

So we will see what 50whp does jn the quarter mike. I do get a feeling your rims are heavier and may negate some of your advantage Jerry.

I say 1 1/2 to max 2. Quarter end speed is only around 175.

I am sure this is all in good fun, just make sure nothing breaks (knock on wood, if need be). I hear those BMWs have very weak half shafts that will shatter easily.....

We are doing rolling starts. We don't care about 1/4 mile. Want to see what full bolt ons do vs stock

Lol first run was the guy telling me to back up and line myself with the lights and as I'm getting ready to put it back into drive you're already gone and I'm like...wtf...

The lead from the Jump he took at beginning is what he kept till the end. But... His car was running crap..

Second run I got ahead with better shift but couldn't keep his power advantage back and he ended up with about 1 1/2 car win.

Again ... His car was running crap but that's another story entirely...

We need to go back when his car is feeling better and now that I know how the lights work and launch control it may be more fun.

Friendly reminder for our meet tomorrow at 10:30 AM at the Tim Hortons on Cote Vertu.
For those of you who are not happy with what Tim Hortons has to offer, bring your own coffee or there's a starbucks at Place Vertu Mall. I chose this place because it's easy to park.
