Clutch Slip in Neutral?

Simple question - anyone know if there is clutch wear when resting your foot on the clutch while in neutral?

Absolutely, never rest your foot on the clutch EVER, period.

I'm aware of proper habits, but I'm curious as to if there is any wear if the transmission is in neutral.

Yes, you're wearing out the throw-out bearing. The rest of the clutch doesn't wear. Over time the throw out bearing starts to seize and it gets harder and harder to depress the clutch.
