Experiences with Hooked on Driving in NE? [updated with brief review]

Anyone have experience with Hooked on Driving's program @ the Poconos? I'm thinking about signing up for one of their HPDE programs out here.

Thanks!

great events, lots of track time, lunch included. Google "Hooked on Driving Pocono" and "Hooked on Drving Watkins Glen" for forum comments of some participants. its a great time.

I am a hooked on driving instructor out west. The east coast equivalent just started up, I believe, in the last year. Not sure who is heading it up out there..but David Ray out west is awesome.

Thanks for the replies. I'm going to give it a try -- signing up for the Pocono North HPDE for this week. If anyone is going from this board, send me a pm.

Ended up going out to Hooked on Driving's Pocono N event on May 22nd. I have to say, Joe, Scott (chief steward), and Kevin (Chief coach) run a class operation. Very friendly and personable, and they were all really interested that everyone was having a good time, learning something, and safe. There was a LOT of track time which was absolutely fantastic (despite the crummy weather in the morning). Lunch was included (buffet style at a local place). After lunch, there were some giveaways (gas cards, and yours truly won a set of Yokohama Advan tires! ). The whole operation was very professional, I thought, from the registration/packets/briefing/debriefing. I'll definitely be signing up for more events with them (sadly can't make the Pocono double infield in June).

disclaimer: absolutely no relation to Hooked on Driving or any of the guys above, just a very happy + satisfied driver.
