plastic rattle noise (faint, almost like a baseball card on a bicycle wheel) emitting from air vents above radio, but only when car is warmed up in colder weather; air can be on or off and noise is heard. I don't think it is from the HVAC system, but echoed through the system? the noise is usually only heard at idle when in drive (not reverse). other posts suggest it could be a fuel tank vent valve?

at 14 second mark I put it in reverse and noise goes away
