That is not an M3 GTR. the GTR looks TONS different from a regular core M3. It has a carbon fiber roof, hood vents(like what you saw in the picture in question), massive wheel arches among many other extensive modifications over the std. M3. Nice mod job though.

Hunter, I noticed that you got the 76mm Race Exhaust. I went to the Eisenhaus website and saw a comparison between the Sport and Race Exhaust in terms of % performance and weight improvement, and dB levels, but there is a 3rd choice option--the Meisterschaft Valve Control. I'm confused. Is this valve something you can get optionally with either the Sport or the Race Exhaust, or is this an entirely different muffler option altogether?

And also, does your muffler have a valve on it?

It is entirely different, it is a fusion of sport and race. The exhaust stays quiter i.e. a sport exhaust at lower RPMS but if you get on the gas the valve opens and you presto changeOhh you have got race exhaust.

I took it to a great shop in Houston and they did it for around 100 dollars

They just cut off the old muffler

Got some type of goo stuff and put it on the end of the muffler to connect it with the car

Then they bolted it into the car

Thats it!

Hunter, your car sounds absolutely amazing! :rocks: I wasn't sure if I wanted an exhaust before but that last video clip just convinced me that the Eisanmann exhaust would be awesome mod.

I thought the exhaust was a "bolt on type" of install. I'm assuming the stock exhaust had no bolts to remove, thus requiring the installer to cut the stock muffler out. Nevertheless I'll be purchasing one in the near future. Congrats!!

"Got some type of goo stuff and put it on the end of the muffler to connect it with the car"

could you maybe explain in more details what goo stuff is as english is not my mother tongue.
