I am not trying to be rude, but you're asking price is a bit outrageous. Unfortunately, exhaust is the most popular mod on the M3, so used pieces are basically a dime a dozen. They go for $100 if you actually want to sell it. Someone might be willing to spend closer to $200, but I doubt it.

You'd have to replace the trunk floor pan and battery tray with E90 M3 parts, so yes it fits, but not without some extra work. If you want a quad look, you're better off trying to find exhaust made for the 328/330 that has an extra pipe coming off the muffler that runs to the other side of the car. I don't know off the top of my head who makes one, but I know they exist.
