Colorado state law states that if you are issued 2 plates, you have to use 2 plates and yes there is a maximum height for the plate so in the windscreen isn't gonna cut it.

Not sure if you guys have heard of this joke...Ive read it a few times and still laugh everytime I read it:
An Asian man walked into the currency exchange line in a New York bank with

The joke is not about the "L" and "R"...It's the fluctuactions and the asian guy thought the whitey said "fuck you asian".
