Help identifying this screw/grommet

So I was cleaning my engine bay of my 2011 e90 335i yesterday and I came across this bolt and grommet. Based on the middle pieces that is built into the screw it looks like it was made to be together as I was able to push it together. Not sure if it's supposed to be upside the down or if I have it in right.

Can you someone let me know if they know where this pieces is supposed to go?

Looks like the attachment point for the factory charge pipe (on a bracket just beside the alternator). This is commonly unused when the charge pipe has been replaced with an aftermarket one.

This was a good guess but I checked and this bolt is there on my car.

I didn’t get a picture of it but it’s actually a phillips head if that helps.

Anyone have any guesses? Usually German cars don’t use phillips head bolts.

Stock chargepipe bolt was my guess too. I don't think I've ever seen an OEM phillips head screw anywhere in the engine bay lol.

Rubber grommet means it likely goes on a bracket somewhere so I'd just start checking all of those.
