Help identifying this screw/grommet
So I was cleaning my engine bay of my 2011 e90 335i yesterday and I came across this bolt and grommet. Based on the middle pieces that is built into the screw it looks like it was made to be together as I was able to push it together. Not sure if it's supposed to be upside the down or if I have it in right.
Can you someone let me know if they know where this pieces is supposed to go? |

I didn’t get a picture of it but it’s actually a phillips head if that helps. Anyone have any guesses? Usually German cars don’t use phillips head bolts. |

Rubber grommet means it likely goes on a bracket somewhere so I'd just start checking all of those.
