Hi everyone,

its been a long 6 months since I did my CIC swap from Business to Professional, and in all that time I have clocked up about 2000 miles and suffered not having the Navigation working, instead accepting the greyed-out letters and it being out of order.

Refreshed after the summer I am looking to get it sorted..... so does anyone know anyone in the South East/London area who could help out to "virginize" my CIC so that I get the Nav sorted please?

(virginizing it makes it talk to the car properly apparently, presumably correcting the VIN on the CIC to match the car's VIN - this then allows the Nav (& Voice) to work).

Everything else works ok, even the handsfree when i connect my iphone!

Anyway, any help offered will be very much appreciated
