getting rid of headers

I am considering getting rid of my AA headers. Inspection is coming up soon and I am just becoming too lazy to swap them out every time I need to go in. I am just going to put the stock ones on and maybe delete secondaries.

If anyone is interested, let me know. They are AA headers. Look the same same as when I got them. I had them for 40k miles and never had any issues. They are still on the car. $650 OBO. I am in NOMA (Sterling, VA).

Every time inspection comes up, I have to go to a certain shop to get it passed even with the AA headers on the car. Costs more, but it's worth the price paid compared to the hassle of replacing the headers twice per year. Maybe you can find the same magician inspector?

Had one, but the guy who worked there is no longer there...

Is this a plugin test? Shouldn't it pass with one monitor not-ready?

it has visual component. Not as strict, but depends on the shop.

Since I have secondaries on, my usual shop would overlook missing primaries. Last time I had to go to 3 locations and they all insisted that I have to have fronts too.

OBD was never an issue.
