The cone used in the new aFe intake is clearly much bigger in diameter, at least at the neck.
Hey Apex, what is the brand and model #s for your cone and adaptors? I don't mind giving it a try. I currently have the Dinan style intake mod, I use the aFe blue drop-in filter, but it gets clogged too fast, and it does not appear to have enough surface area to work with the much larger intake snorkels. |

Apex, how snug was the 3" adapter when it was inserted into the intake, where the MAF is located?
Also is there any room at all to fit a larger cone filter in the box? Thanks! |

its not snug its tight so tight that u need to screw driver to put it out from the other side. and on the filter size idk its really small in there i was thinking about cutting the ribs in there to make more room btu i found this one to work better then cutting it
