Electric seat motors

So I’m looking to get a seat motor from a breaker for the left seat height adjustment for a 2008 e92. Now when looking on eBay some sellers differentiate between right and left seat but others don’t. Does anyone know if the motors are different for each seat or do they use the exact same on both?

just had my passenger seat off - doesn't look an easy job to take the motor, (backwards and forwards motor), off
