Just been watching some YouTube videos mate as mine has the option very weird as a walk through of the radio shows his to not have it although it's the professional Headunit like mine, Must be the software on it id guess?

You can up the pdc volume. 2005 to 2012 e90
If you go I to the photo attached for reference.
Go Into rad2 coding if you have premium sound stereo then go to R56 mini Stereo as in photos It makes the volume of the PDC sound three times better also enable the option when selecting reverse sound from radio goes all way down to low so you can hear the PDC sound better too. Select value 18 or 19 trust me I've tested this in 17 cars all e90s and e60s and x5s 2005 to 2012 Try it I used it on non Idrive models and works a treat. How I don't know but it works!!!! Who said it can't be done. Also if you upgrade the FRM 2 to frm 3 you get features like when reversing the door handles lights come on. Let me know how you get on. |
