Rims/Tires help
Hi friends -
I purchased a set of rims and tires for my 2011 335d to figure out that the front and rears rub --- yes, I know, I should have done more research --- lesson learned. :-( Going forward, I wanted to enlist your help on how best to resolve this so I can actually use these rims/tires or what best to do. The rims are 19x9.5 (front) and 19x10.5 (rear) with 22 offset and 5x120 - they fit on the car but rub badly. The front tires are 255/35/19 and rears are 275/35/19 What I was considering doing was to use the front (255/35/19) for the rear and then get new front rims that are 8.5 and maybe something like 235/35/19. How would you best approach this? Thanks in advance for your help! -Tim |

just saw this. I'm new to E90's. What I can tell you is unfortunately your off by quite a bit. Id like to see a few pics showing the tires in relation to the fenders. I ordered 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 ET35 and was going to go with 235/265's and I know it will be close. I have a thread titled EC-7's on sale. I'm not getting tires right away so stay tuned but yea you were not in the ball park as far as the rims it seems. Going forward I doubt moving the fronts to the rear will help. You would need a wide body kit to make those work IMO.

To answer the OP, those are M3 size wheels and won't fit on a 335. Even with proper tire sizes, you would still need some serious modifications to fit those wheels. I'm talking fenders pulled, -5* camber and stretched tires. Very aggressive stance.
Apex has put together the below guide, it's a pretty good resource for trouble-free fitment: https://support.apexraceparts.com/hc...-Fitment-Guide
