Ivan @ Strasse Sport
Ivan used to be at a particular shop, but decided to step away and open up his own shop.
I decided to hit up Ivan because I know he does a great job and has his own place in Covina. I wanted to do a turbo upgrade on my MINI and I must say, Ivan did an amazing job. He's a 1-man wrecking crew and probably could have done this with his eyes closed! He is a BMW guy at heart, but his attention to detail and his meticulous worth ethics show how well he is at getting the job done. I even got my valves cleaned (walnut shell blasting) done at the same time!

He's in Covina now. Not too far from where he was before but having his own shop for himself is nice. It hasn't been long and he's been getting really busy! 1-man wrecking crew!

Yeah, I trust his work and know he won't break anything compared to a previous shop I went to and I know it won't sit around for 3weeks before the necessary 2hrs of work needed gets performed.

Body too!
Bimmerfest is just around the corner too, so if you're trying to get something fresh before then, I highly suggest getting it done now so it doesn't get pushed late! Which I keep telling myself to take off my side skirts to get repainted already because the clearcoat on it is already peeling.

The man loves his BMWs and a true enthusiast, a weekend track racer, humble with where and what he's has, AND no doubt the only shop I will go to.
I've seen several single turbo installs go on at the shop and he even installed Terry's uprated tranny (BMS) so if Terry goes to him, then you know he will do a great job regardless of big or small. So I hope whoever is in the SoCal region, give him a shot and you won't be disappointed.

+1 for Ivan @ Strasse Sport. He did a bunch of work on my car including installing my H&R Cup Kit. Super friendly and easy to work with plus is prices are really good.
