E92 xdrive is very bouncy

Hey there!

I'm running 100% stock suspension on my e92 xDrive (N55) and it feels bouncy as hell. There are places, where I simply can't go over 50mph, as I hit the roof with my head (Even though I'm 6'8, that should not be the case). Now the question is - is that the nature of e92 and I just have to deal with it, and go slower over those places, or are there any upgrades possible? I don't want to lower the vehicle since if I do, I won't be able to enter my yard..

So how old are those shocks, beanpole?
