335xi lights flickering HELP

I just purchased a 2008 335xi coupe with Navi. Almost all the lights in the car flicker. The interior lights in the footwells, headlights, Lights in the trunk, all the accessories lights in the interior. The only ones that don't are my gauge cluster and I drive screen. Any ideas what this would be? Checked for loose conections at the battery and found nothing. Car starts right up and runs awesome. Just all the lights flickering. Any ideas what to check? Battery tested good. Tested at 15.2 volts while running. Is that too high? Bad voltage regulator?

yes 15.2 is pretty hot. I can't say I've ever seen my car produce that much potential
