I've not seen that style before.. Also the center caps look too small for real BBS. Center caps on real BBS alloys are exactly 70.6mm, with a few exceptions..

What style of wheel do they say they are?

also there will be a BBS writing in the metal IE actually cast in metal somewhere around the lip of the alloy in most cases

knowing the exact style would help with research. I'm not sure from that pic alone

The centres do look awfully small like Mega has said. Also bbs originals are marked on the front and on the rear. Not to say replicas don't do that these days too...

The problem with replicas is they are so heavy when you compare them to genuine articular, did that once before and will never do it again. Sorry that doesnt really help your question about the picture but you are correct to hold out.

Maybe so when the originals are forged, but my rep MV3's are lighter than the BMW MV3s by a few pounds.

I've always thought that 'deep dish' look a little OTT for a saloon, though looking at the above picture I'm not so sure now - they suit the car nicely.

Dubious. I <3 BBS LMR's though on E9X http://www.google.co.uk/search?um=1&...&aqi=&aql=&oq=

Should be stamped inside though.
