About Us

Started in Southern California by Shah and Zayn, SSR Performance began as an aftermarket BMW parts manufacturer. With the Mechanical and Aerospace engineering backgrounds of both co-founders, designing parts was second nature. Along with the sale of parts came the undeniable need for a location to be able to install these parts. With over 10 years of combined automotive expertise between the founders, the decision was made to open SSR Performance's first location in beautiful Orange County, CA. Today SSR Performance is a thriving business that takes care of any and all aftermarket modifications, repairs, and upgrades on new model BMWs.

About Our Facility

SSR Performance is a BMW full service and install facility. We are located in the heart of Orange County in Southern California. Our brand new facility includes a customer lounge with free WiFi, Xbox One X (games and Netflix galore!), and free drinks / snacks. We are more than happy to have you hangout at the shop while we get your ride situated! We have a very open shop environment. You can rest assured that you will be able to ask questions throughout your visit and we are always more than happy to personally show you what is being done on your car

Because the issue is a result of direct injection, yes, it is definitely recommended on the N55 motor as well. On the N55 motors excess carbon deposits on the intake valves have been seen as early as 20k miles

Definitely! Just to be clear guys, I forgot to mention, we DO replace all of the intake manifold gaskets for the $250 price. If replacement of the throttle body gasket is necessary, we add on the $10 cost of the gasket and replace it for a grand total of $260. Hardly ever is it necessary to replace the throttle body gasket.

We operate 7 days a week. However, our hours are a bit unorthodox. As follows:
Mon-Fri- 7pm-1am
Sat, Sun- 9am-5pm

We are only open by appointment at those times. If you need something done and your schedule conflicts with ours, just let us know and we will try our best to make it work for you.

Walnut blast take 2.5 - 3 hours.
