2006 BMW 325i Alignment/Tire Help Needed

My car has 62K miles on it and I am ready to install the cars 4th set of tires. I live in South Florida so they do not last long. I am about to install my second set of CONTINENTAL CONTIPROCONTACT SSR. Every time my car is ready for new tires my tires go bald on the outside of the 2 front tires. I rotate them every 5K miles and check the tire pressure regularly. I have gotten an alignment every time I get new tires.

Do you recommend when these new tires are installed that I have a full tank of gas? Any tips? Is my alignment out again?

The car recommends 29 PSI on the front and 35 PSI in the back..should I put more air in the front tires?

See pictures of my tires here:

Any help would be much appreciated

bmw tends to camber negative... so on the outside is VERY strange... where do you get the alignment? BMW? i am in S FLA and with my 335 tires last about 18.5k miles... so tires seem about right but mine were 200 or 220 treadwear... also you should get the print out from them showing where the alignment is (actual results compared to acceptable range)... yes pressures should be taken cold.. though when hot S FLA the PSI varies several PSI...
