Refresh - With 150k, what would you replace?

So I finally popped a turbo, and it's made me take a step back and think about the fact that my car is now almost old enough to start puberty, and that it probably has a lot of little things that need to be refreshed to keep it tight.

I'm already doing maintenance work:
  • Walnut Blast
  • OFHG
  • Oil pan gasket
  • Valve cover gasket
  • Shocks

I'm thinking I also need to do:
  • Subframe bushings
  • Motor mounts
  • Transmission mounts
  • RB PCV Kit

What else do you guys recommend, and do you recommend any specific parts?

For general info, the car is going single turbo with a Speedtech low mount kit and a 6266 with a 650whp target on corn retaining stock internals. I'm considering adding nitrous and/or meth because why the fuck not, not to mention assisting with reach boost threshold (what is commonly and incorrectly called turbo lag). For now, I'm keeping the 6AT and I'll tune it with xHP until I trash it, then I'll swap in a manual.

The goal is streetable power focusing on Texas Mile and other half/full mile events, and occasional stoplight races. I may do a track day or three, but the M3 suspension I've got is more than enough for me at the moment.

Currently doing:
Rear subframe bushings (powerflex).
M3 control arms upgrade in the back.
New control arms in the back that are not M3.
Front control arms.
Sway bar bushings.
Bilstein B6 shocks and struts.
Strut mounts.
Rear upgrade mounts.
All coolant hoses and expansion tank.
Water pump and thermostat.
I am at 105k. Had leaky rear shock so decided to overhaul everything.

From my research, seems people like powerflex street performance more.
