Opinions on these VMR wheels (or others) Please
I'm looking at replacing the 18" stock rims with new 19" rims on my 09 Blue water metallic 335i Coupe with Sports Package. I'm trying to decide between these three VMR wheel types that I like.
Besides wheels, I'm trying to decide on colour. I've never been a big fan of black. I'm thinking Silver but I'm also considering Gun Metal for wheels that come in that option as they may add a nice offset to the colour of the paint. My requirements - Good quality 19 inch wheels - Good Fitment without rolling fenders, adjusting height of car ect - Able to fit BMW caps on the rims to keep the signature OEM look What do you think would look better on my car, or if you have any other suggestions on wheels that meet these criterias? |

I like the 710 and 715.. but if I had to choose.. it would be the V710. I had the same dilemma but ended up with M6 reps.

Having the same issue for my AW 328. Im torn between the VB3's and the V710's. And even if I picked a wheel... do I go with hyper silver or hyper black? Ugh!
The breyton GTS's are a nice wheel for something in that price bracket too. Wheels play a major role in the look of the car... expensive mistake if you dont end up loving em, ya know. |

i had this dilemma originally wanted VB3, because they look very classy, but went with V710 due to more aggressive look and offsets. Gunmetal on AW looks killer!

Thanks guys, V710 is starting to lose intrest on me, they're nice but too much going on in those rims for my eyes. Didn't consider the V713 but the more I look at them the more I'm liking them. Just wish they came in other finishes besides just silver.

Shoey, dont get the VB3's, than you and i Will both have them in Toronto heehehehe... I opted for the VB3's because i wanted to keep the OEM look but still be agressive with the new 19 x 10 widths. The 710's are a close second for me, but i feel after some time they will get tiring, thus i opted for the classic yet agressive VB3's.

I would personally go with a new set of V713's but the V710's look so good as well, it's a tough choice... Maybe you should make a poll to see what people decide based on the pictures I posted above?

I think from the ones you listed, I would pick the VB3's.
I am partial to the CSL design just personally think it's a timeless and classy design. |
