I just purchased an E91 and am driving it home.

It seems somewhere in its life the English selection was switched over to UK English.

Would someone please be able to direct me on what needs to be done.

It's a 2009 with Professional navigation if that helps.

It will be in the CIC module, parameter is VOICE_LANGUAGE_RR_US.

I'm getting it updated shortly. Hopefully they can fix that for me.

If you're getting the whole car updated it should reset everything back to factory settings. If you're still getting the British accent after that then you can have it coded out.
