I installed V4 Stage 2 earlier today. On first driving (it was 35-37 deg. C today) when cold and in Sport mode under moderate to hard (not flat out) acceleration it misfired and ran a bit rough. Not as bad a before, but not like V3. When it warmed up it was better, but sometimes it feels like the DCT clutch is slipping. This seems to occur mainly in high gears (when in Auto S or Auto D mode, higher than I would use when using manual) around corners, but it did happen in a straight line. Also, sometimes when taking off under normal driving it feels like it has more boost than V3, other times it feels less than stock. I will try it out for a couple of more days and let you know what's like. |

Had no dramas here whatsoever on my 6MT. I don't even throw codes whilst updating firmware like most people seem to. The 'popping' has also gone... miss that ha ha

Very drivable. Not quite as refined or as strong as V3 maps were, but it could be my memory is playing tricks on me. I was running map 2 on V3 and am running map 2 on V4 now. The map 2 on V3 seemed to have more boost down low and through the rev range. The early V4 maps were really strong down low and felt like they had a lot more boost. |

I'm gonna load these latest ones up tomorrow.
I love how the V4 maps use less boost but feel more powerful. I think your mind might be playing tricks jp, unless of course it's a DCT issue. V4 has way more grunt down low and the boost at lower RPM seems to kick in instantly, unlike V3. Have you got all your mods bolted on yet? I'd be keen to try some race gas but have no idea where to get it. Are you game enough to try meth... I don't think anyone in Oz has yet? |

Vishnu meth kit, divertors, procede, catless downpipes, intercooler, stett charge pipe, performance steering wheel, heaps of other stuff
I'll put a new thread on it when i am into the project a little more, not much has happened so far as i've been finishing a current M3 project for the last 3 weeks or so. I have some pictures on my website and will add to them as the project continues. The car came in not running so a lot to do. |

Hi Guys,
This is just a note to let you know that I will be in the US for 3 weeks from this weekend. Therefore I will be unable to send any Procedes to customers during this time. I know Andrew@SouthernBM has 1 in stock also. Therefore if you plan to get a Procede in this time from me, I would have to get it out before the end of this week, or you can wait until I return (Last week of July). Also, In the USA, Shiv is offering a deal to upgrade Procede Rev 1 owners and JB3 owners for a generous price reduction. I have not finalised pricing, but plan to do the same. However I will not be offering the deal where the JB3/Rev 1 patch harness can be updated. I will only offer the reduction on proof of tune, and you can keep and sell you old tune (but it will not be valid for this upgrade price for the new owner). Cheers, Adrian |

Hey Guys,
I am in the USA currently. A little fun and a fair bit of work. We have some great stuff working now including in dash boost guage. This is a simple firmware upgrade. Also, making some good ground on N55 tuning. transelite, contact me when I get back if you want to arrange something. As for the fuel RON... you are probably not aware that the measurment of RON in the USA is different. Basically their RON reading on the pump is RON + MON /2. The result is that our 98 RON is equivalent to USA 93 RON. Their 91 is similar to out 95, and their 89 is similar to our 92. There is no need for a change in tuning for our fuel, and I have done dyno testing and found that the tune is very good on our fuel. Cheers, Adrian |
